When ordering, the customer accepts all the sale conditions listed below:
the prices of the products are subject to variations and not binding, as well as the designs and the technical characteristics.
Offers are valid no longer than 90days and the delivery terms are not binding. We accept only written orders and quote ex-works prices, unless differently stated. In case of transport, goods are despatched at the consignee’s risk even if free of charge.
The products are guaranteed against manufacturing defect for 12 months.
Retention of title - The delivered goods shall remain the exclusive property of GVP until they have been fully paid.
Complaints - To be considered valid, complaints must be made in writing within 8 days of receipt of goods.
“ G.V.P. Elettronica srl” undertakes to replace free of charge any articles with unquestionable defects and refuses any claims for damages.
The goods will be returned carriage paid subject to prior notice and authorization of “G.V.P. Elettronica srl”. If payment terms and conditions are not respected, 10 days after the date agrred, “G.V.P. Elettronica srl” will be obliged to issue a sight draft for the amount due plus charges and overdue interest at the bank rate. The minimum amount per consignment cannot be lower than € 1300. The transport costs, which have previously agreed upon with the client, are added to the good’s invoice.
Should any controversies arise, the court of Busto Arsizio will be competent to deal with them or the judiciary of the capital of the foreign country where the debitor resides. The choice is at complete discretion of “GVP Elettronica”.
